Trial & Enrollment
- • Free trial class(es) are available before enrollment.
- • Parents must confirm continuation after the trial.
- • Once confirmed, these Terms apply in full.
Fees & Payments
- • Monthly fees are paid in advance.
- • Classes may pause if payment is late.
- • Classes may stop after 7 days of non-payment.
- • No registration fee is charged.
- • Scholarships may be available.
Attendance & Absences
- • All student leave is considered paid leave.
- • No make-up classes for student-initiated absences.
- • Make-ups are not guaranteed for student-side issues.
- • Leaves over 5 consecutive days are not eligible.
Class Rescheduling
- • Rescheduling requires 6 hours' notice.
- • Late requests or no-shows count as absence.
- • No make-up for late rescheduling.
Make-Up Classes
- • Only for teacher absence or institute-side issues.
- • Subject to teacher availability.
- • Maximum 5 make-up classes per month.
Planned Breaks
- • Advance notice required for long breaks.
- • Full fees must be paid to reserve the slot.
- • Teacher/time slot not guaranteed otherwise.
Extended Absence
- • Classes may be canceled after 2 weeks of no notice.
- • No refunds or make-ups in such cases.
Communication & Privacy
- • No sharing of personal or payment details with teachers.
- • All communication must go through official channels.
- • Institute not liable for unauthorized contact.
Holidays
- • Eid holidays are paid and included in fees.
- • No make-up classes or refunds for Eid holidays.
- • No other holidays unless officially announced.
Refund Policy
- • Full refund only before classes begin.
- • No refund after first confirmed class.
- • Refund if institute cannot provide classes.
- • Held balances may transfer to next month.
- • No refund if processing cost exceeds fee.
Policy Changes
- • Fees and terms may be updated as needed.
- • Updates apply once published on the website.
