Our Online Quran learning fees are pre-scheduled. We offer a full refund if the student withdraws before the start of classes. However, once classes are confirmed and you have attended at least one class, no refund will be provided. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the classes and you have already paid, we will refund the amount after deducting a processing fee.
If you need to postpone your classes, the remaining balance can be transferred to the next month’s classes. If the processing fee exceeds the paid amount, no refund will be given. This constitutes our refund policy.
